Proposal for New Terrace House
Bath, Somerset, England
For this project in Design II, I was tasked with designing a new terrace townhouse for Bath, England. As part of the project I looked at precedent, the weather, situational themes and vernacular architecture to best express the pre-existing language in my proposed design. A slight change was the emphasis on the vertical element of the grand spiral staircase which calls attention to the skylight imbuing the internal core with daylight.
